The Cargo Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the cargo warehouse and other related duties assigned by the manager. He/she will supervise and coordinate the activities of cargo agents in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage. The qualified candidate must be able to work in and promote a team-oriented environment, communicate with cargo agents through operations and safety meetings and to uphold the safety and security of employees, cargo and the warehouse at all times. The Cargo Supervisor must able to work full-time and have flexible working hours.
The Cargo Agent (CARGO) is responsible for the processing and handling of inbound/outbound cargo. Individuals working on the cargo team must demonstrate the highest levels of safety at all times and are expected to follow compliance procedures. The work environment involves heavy lifting, invoicing, operation of various cargo equipment, and customer service with clients.
Will need to be available during these times:
Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00am - 11:30am
This is a part-time position. Must be available during the following hours.
Sunday and Friday - 1130 - 1430 (arrival/departure)
Monday - 1215 - 1515 (arrival only)
Tuesday - 0530 - 0930 (departure only) 2045 - 2345 (arrival only)
Wednesday - 0730 - 1130 (departure only)
Thursday - Saturday - off (no flight)
The Guest Services Team (GST) member is responsible for all of the above wing operations of various air carriers. In the GST role, you are in a customer facing role and act as a representative of the company. Excellent customer service skills are expected which will lead to a positive and lasting image and impression of the company. The work environment is fast paced and may require special attention at times. The position will also require technical skills such as the use of customer specific computer programs as well as communication skills involving conflict resolution.
Performs administrative and office support activities for the manager. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. May be responsible for general human resources functions including payroll, new hire and termination paperwork, TDI, FMLA, AOA badging, Customs Seal applications, and onboarding.
Mechanics perform routine maintenance as well as minor/major repairs of ground equipment and automobiles. Repairs are made indoors in a garage or outdoors on the ramp. Responsibilities include: repairing and overhauling ground support equipment, performing troubleshooting of ground support equipment, maintaining equipment in a safe condition, performs preventative and routine maintenance servicing, keeping tools and support equipment in safe and operational working conditions, keeping work areas clean and free of hazards. Backyard mechanics are welcome. However, must be able to explain your ability to get the job done.
The Lounge Services Team (LST) member is responsible for the servicing of lounge areas and providing excellent customer service and food & beverage/cleaning services. The work environment is indoors, requires occasional light lifting, and general upkeep of lounge area. Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness will essential in this role. You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the client’s lounge. No experience required. Paid on the job training.
The Cabin Appearance Team (CAT) member performs the cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors. Cabin cleaning is done using specified cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment. The CAT is responsible for cleaning seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley, and lavatories. The Agent is responsible for stocking supplies onboard the aircraft which include toilet paper, sanitary products, drinking cups, napkins, and condiments in galley areas and lavatories. Remove and dispose of trash from work areas. Keep ramp area and supply areas clean and free of debris. Complete all work assignments within specific time constraints. Communicate with supervisor to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on aircraft left by a customer as well as any identifying any damaged items in the work area or aircraft cabin. No prior experience necessary. Paid on the job training.
The Ramp Agent is responsible for all of the below wing operations of various air carriers. The work environment is fast paced and team based. Working conditions are outside, in the ramp area of the airport where you can expect to encounter the elements of working outdoors. It is a physically demanding position, requiring regular and continuous lifting up to 70lbs, as well as operating different equipment/vehicles on a regular basis. Individuals who want to thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy physical work will be successful on our FST Team. There is an emphasis on strict adherence to airport ramp and safety procedures.
