Overview

Performs administrative and office support activities for the manager. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. May be responsible for general human resources functions including payroll, new hire and termination paperwork, TDI, FMLA, AOA badging, Customs Seal applications, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and termination paper work
• Phone screening of applicants
• Data/schedule entry
• Completion of various reports (ex: Daily Operations Report or daily Tour of Duty)
• Schedule audits
• Writing and submission of letters
• Assist with recruitment and interview process
• Assist with training and development
• Assist with various research projects and/or special projects
• File papers and documents into appropriate employee files
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug-test
  • Must be able to obtain an AOA Badge and other airport requirements
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
