Overview

The Lounge Services Team (LST) member is responsible for the servicing of lounge areas and providing excellent customer service and food & beverage/cleaning services. The work environment is indoors, requires occasional light lifting, and general upkeep of lounge area. Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness will essential in this role. You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the client’s lounge.  No experience required.  Paid on the job training.

Responsibilities

  • Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all team members and customers
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Sanitation and cleaning of dirty dishes and utensils (operating dish machine)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and remove trash from all common areas
  • Greet customers and offer assistance as needed
  • Keep food and beverage in lounge replenished at all times
  • Other duties as assigned (may include work in different departments under special circumstances)

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug-test
  • Must be able to obtain an AOA Badge and other airport requirements
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
